Sling Events offers amenities for any event whether it's indoor, outdoor, or both!

We have a unique customization process for each of our items to ensure that no confusion occurs when renting or buying.

Bleacher Rentals

Our bleachers work in sections. We offer 2-15 rows in height, and the amount of feet needed by increments of 4. 

• head to the bleachers page and select how many rows in height you will need. 

• in the product page you will see the amount of feet needed. You can choose to extend the single bleacher section all the way from one end of the room side to the other or you can choose to create an additional bleacher section so that you have a walkway between sections. We may sometimes divide the bleacher and still create a walkway in between if we deem it necessary.
• Enter the placement of the bleacher section so that when we set it up at the event we will know precisely where to put each section. For example, you can type in right side near the entrance, or left side opposite the head table etc. 
• We offer Drapes to cover the wooden steps both on top and towards the front to create a festive look. You can choose whether you want only the top, only the front or both, as well as the color of the drapes.
• We also have floor protectors which we highly recommend adding, since it will create a better and safer experience. They come in carpet and cardboard. You can also choose no difference in which case we will do the selection as we see fit.

• Our sitdown option with table is especially geared for head tables, bleacher style parties etc. You can check or uncheck this option according to your preference. 

Barricades

Our barricades work by 6 feet or 8 feet. You can select your preferred size, and select the quantity by calculating the amount of feet needed to cover the length.

For example, if your area is 54 feet x 54 feet and you'd like to go with the 6 foot length, you will need a total of 36 barricades, with 9 barricades per side. Please remember to round up your total so that you don't fall short.

 

Once you have completed your selections add the item to cart. When in cart, you will see two options. create another set will take you back to the same product page so that you can create another set within the same section. Go ahead, and reselect the options and add to cart. Creating a new set will allow you to choose a brand new bleacher with its own set of rows for another section of your room. Follow the above instructions. 

Once you have completed your bleacher selections as well as any other amenities for your event, you will be asked to enter the delivery details of the event. Please make sure the details are accurate, along with any special instructions and select checkout. Enter your shipping details and hit continue. 

You will then see the shipping methods available for your area based on the zipcode of the event you entered and you can click continue to complete your checkout. At this point, your order will still be an approximate estimated total.

Once done, your order will have been placed. We will review the order to see if everything is in order, and then contact you with the finalized quote which you will be required to pay. Once the order is paid, we will add it to our calendar and delivery route for which you will receive a notification.

Other Event Rentals

We have a large variety of rentals, such as sinks, heaters, wheelchair ramps etc. Being that our prices are only estimates we send the finalized quote based on the rental period, seasons, location and more. You will be asked to enter the event dates, delivery and pickup dates which will determine the length of the rental.

If an event date is  not applicable, you can choose to enter any date between delivery and pickup and we will ensure that you receive your rented amenity in due time.
